Mentorship & Development
The Pearl Foundation works in partnership with the Sorority to mentor youth through organization's youth, women's, and men's auxiliaries.
In addition to these efforts, service on the board of the Foundation provides valuable hands-on leadership and management skills development for members of the Sorority.
